This notice explains how we handle information on lanedigitalstudio.com and how to control optional analytics.
When you inquire
We collect the name, business name, email address, project type, and business details you submit. For an existing website, we also collect its public URL and your permission to review it. We keep a request reference and the version of the contact permission you accepted.
We use these details to respond, assess whether the work fits, prepare a scope, and follow up on your project. Your inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing and takes no payment. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or private information about your customers.
Inquiries are sent through Resend to our business inbox in Gmail. Cloudflare provides domain and email-routing services, and Vercel hosts the website and inquiry endpoint. These providers process information needed to operate those services. If you request a review of an existing site, we may use website analysis tools to inspect its public pages.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, clicks, form starts, and successfully accepted inquiries. We use a limited set of campaign labels and broad referral categories to understand where inquiries come from. These labels may also accompany your inquiry.
Our analytics events exclude the form’s name, email address, business details, and submitted website URL. We remove unrecognized campaign values and private query strings from the page addresses sent to analytics. Google Analytics may use browser identifiers, cookies, and device information when enabled. We do not enable Google advertising signals or advertising personalization.
The Google Analytics tag stays off until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline and still use the form. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Your analytics preference is saved in this browser’s local storage.
Use to change your decision. Declining stops our analytics events and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not remove reports already collected.
Security and recordkeeping
Hosting and email providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, delivery events, and security logs, to run and protect the service. Inquiry rate limits work independently of optional analytics.
We keep inquiry correspondence while assessing or carrying out the project and for related business recordkeeping. Access is limited to the people and service providers involved in operating the studio. We do not sell inquiry details or use this form to enroll you in advertising audiences.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop project follow-up, email hello@lanedigitalstudio.com. Include your inquiry reference if you have it. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for an active project or applicable obligations.
